Small Writing Struggles Loom Large

At least in the mind of a writer. I’m trying to decide if one or two scenes out of the 10 or 11 in this story will feel out of place if they are in a different point of view. I’m thinking one scene would stand out, but I could lessen that if I add a second scene.

Of course, another struggle is whether I should be concerned by the fact that this would not happen until scene 7. Every other scene is in the main character’s point of view which creates the issue.

The scene feels necessary because I think it will help to explain the scene that follows, and give insight into Character B’s behavior. That, however, brings up the argument as to whether I should just leave the scene out because that would add some mystery to the whole thing and leave the reader with questions at least as far as that subplot is concerned.
